Anyone who cares about his/her safety and the safety of his/her children should now worry about the madness and hooliganism (open disrespect to other people), disruptive or unlawful behavior of dog owners ("doggists").

It is a doggist's hypocrisy - to substitute the badly needed dog's ban in cities (city is actually a safe, animal-free place) by a "responsible dog ownership" which is a pure fake of safety.
Dog is NOT a friend, it is a dog.
Legally a dog is a property, a THING, like a pencil or a pen.
The friend is a friend.
Thousands of dog owners make an euthanasia of their healthy "friends" each year.
How many times you have made of euthanasia of any of your friends?
Calling a dog a "friend" or "member of the family" is another idiocy of modern times, because it is a hypocrisy.
